Compared to ICUMSA 45, ICUMSA 35 undergoes additional purification and filtration to remove remaining colour particles and trace impurities — making it the preferred grade for clear beverages, pharmaceutical syrups, and any colour-sensitive application where even the slightest tint is unacceptable.
